You are only charged a token when generating a vub. You can export and download as many times as you'd like with no additional charge.
What's the difference between Export and Download?
Exporting in DeepEditor refers to our face comp process and creating a video file. This takes on average 20 minutes.
Downloading in DeepEditor refers to taking the exported file from DeepEditor to your computer or hard drive. This takes only a few moments.
Checking Export Status
When a vub is generated, DeepEditor will automatically create an export, which you can download by going to the Exports page. However, you can trigger an export later if needed (e.g. after refining your vub).
To check the status of your export, go to the Exports tab and check the Status column.
Once the 'Status' reads 'Completed,' you can now download your file.
The media will automatically download to whatever folder your Google Chrome is set to.

Downloading in a Localisation Project
In a localisation project, you can download with or without the Flawless watermark immediately (apart from draft-quality vubs, which will always have a watermark).
Downloading in an Editing Project
In an editing project, you can download with the Flawless watermark immediately.
To download your export without a watermark, you will need to get consent.
1. Click on Download No Watermark (Needs Consent), and you will see this pop-up window:
2. Click Send Request, and the Rights Clearance Manager will receive an email.
The Rights Clearance Manager and Consenter will be able to review the request and vub, and then get back to you. While in the hands of the Rights Clearance Manager, the Consent Status of your Export will change to Request Sent.
If the Rights Clearance Manager used the Flawless system to send the vub to the Consenter, the consent status of your export will now say Awaiting Review.
When the Rights Clearance Manager and Consenter have approved your request, you will receive an email confirming that permission to download without a watermark has been granted.
3. On the Exports page, navigate to your approved export. The consent status of your export will now show as Approved.
4. Download your vub without a watermark.
