As a Rights Holder, you may receive consent requests to review changes made to a performance where your (or your client’s) likeness is involved.

Receive and Access a Consent Request

You’ll receive an email from A.R.T requesting your review.

Click the button in the email.

Enter your email address and click Continue

You’ll receive a one-time login code via email.

Enter the code and click Continue to access the platform.

Review and Respond

Once you're signed in:

1. Review the modified performance.
2. Click Approve or Decline to submit your decision.
3. Optionally, add notes for context.
4. Click Submit.

You’ll return to the A.R.T home page, where you can view:

• Outstanding consent requests
• Approved requests
• Denied requests
