Overview

The Artistic Rights Treasury (A.R.T) helps you manage artistic consent for modified performances created using DeepEditor.

With Version 2.0, you can:

  • Assign multiple collaborators to the consent workflow
  • Configure consent review requirements for each vub quality
  • Track requests and monitor progress
  • Review a complete ledger of all consent actions and decisions

This guide walks you through how to use A.R.T Consent 2.0, based on your role in the process:

A.R.T. for Requesters
A.R.T. for Rights Clearance Managers
A.R.T. for Rights Holders

Historic Projects

All projects created before A.R.T Consent Version 2.0 have been upgraded automatically. Here’s what to expect:

Rights Clearance Managers
  • If a Rights Clearance Manager (RCM) was already assigned and their email matches a DeepEditor user in your tenant, their role will be retained.
  • RCMs without a matching DeepEditor account in your tenant will not be carried over.
  • If no RCM is assigned when you request a clearance review, you’ll be prompted to invite one.
Vub Exports
  • Any vub exports previously marked as Approved remain available for download without a watermark.
  • Exports that were Pending or Not Yet Requested have been reset to Not Requested.
  • To download these, you’ll need to submit a new clearance review using the new 2.0 process.
