How do I purchase tokens?
Step 1 - Start
Once you log into DeepEditor, you'll notice a Tokens button located at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2 - Purchase
Click the Tokens button, and a pop-up screen will appear.
Here you can view the number of tokens available for each quality in your account.
Select "Purchase Tokens (via Stripe)."
Step 3 - Compare
A new tab will open displaying the following:
Step 4 - Choose Quantity
Select the number of tokens you desire for each vub quality by clicking "Qty 1".
A pop-up window will then appear. Select the quantity you want to buy and click "Update".
Note: By default, you are provided with one of each vub quality (Qty 1). If you choose not to buy at least one token for a specific quality, click "Remove". If you type in "0", you will not be able to add credits later.
Step 5 - Input Payment and Billing Information
Lastly, input your name, billing address and payment information. Then click "Pay".
How do I get a receipt for tokens I purchased?
When you purchase a token, you will receive a receipt by e-mail from Stripe. If you're unable to find it, please check your Spam folder and do contact us at support@flawless.app if you still need assistance.
Which action in DeepEditor results in a charge to my account?
When you create a vub and click "Generate," tokens will be deducted from your account.
What is the time frame for receiving tokens after making a payment?
We are working to make the updates instantaneous, but currently, it takes about an hour.
How can I move funds between Draft, Standard, and Theatrical Vubs?
