As a Rights Holder, you may receive consent requests to review changes made to a performance where your (or your client’s) likeness is involved.
Receive and Access a Consent Request
- You’ll receive an email from A.R.T requesting your review..
- Click the button in the email.
- Enter your email address and click Continue
- You’ll receive a one-time login code via email.
- Enter the code and click Continue to access the platform.
Review and Respond
Once you're signed in:
- Review the modified performance.
- Click Approve or Decline to submit your decision.
- Optionally, add notes for context.
- Click Submit.
You’ll return to the A.R.T home page, where you can view:
- Outstanding consent requests
- Approved requests
- Denied requests
