A.R.T. for Rights Holders
Learn about the role of the Rights Holder in the A.R.T. Consent workflow
Who is the Rights Holder?
The Rights Holder is the artist, or their nominated representative, such as an agent. A Rights Holder may receive consent requests from a DeepEditor project's Rights Clearance Manager (RCM) to review changes made to the artist's performance.
Receiving and Accessing a Consent Request
As a Rights Holder, you may receive consent requests to review changes made to a performance where your (or your client’s) likeness is involved.

You’ll receive an email from A.R.T requesting your review:

Click the Review button in the email.

Enter your email address and click Continue

You’ll receive a one-time login code via email.

Enter the code and click Continue to access the platform.

Reviewing and Responding
Once you're signed in:
- Review the modified performance.
- Click Approve or Decline to submit your decision.
- Optionally, add notes for context.
- Click Submit.

You’ll return to the A.R.T home page, where you can view:
- Outstanding consent requests
- Approved or Denied requests
