How do I get a clean High-Resolution Vub?

Current state 

Professional Quality Vubs are now supported by DeepEditor. 

A Professional Quality Vub is one of the two tiers of online quality media DeepEditor is able to create. Professional vubs are suited for broadcast and commercial projects. Supported codecs include DNxHR (up to HQ 10-bit) and ProRes (up to 422 HQ 10-bit). 

Future State, Theatrical Quality 

Soon, you will be able to load high-resolution assets such as ACES .exr image sequences into DeepEditor and export/download the clean, high-resolution asset and/or VFX package.

The release date for this feature is still unknown, but we expect to make it available within the next few weeks.

I Need a 16-bit ACES .exr Vub

While we're working on Theatrical Quality support, we may have capacity to provide a managed service and create Theatrical Vubs for you. Reach out to support@flawless.app to check if we can support you with this service and to get an estimate of cost.

If we have capacity, you will need to provide the following via the Flawless MediaShuttle:

  1. The same footage that was used in the Draft Vub, but at the highest quality resolution, size, and codec.

  2. The video specifications for your finalized Vub to be delivered by the Flawless team.

  3. Additional training material (see Training Data for details).

The Flawless support team will get back to you with an estimated timeframe and cost.
